last night when we were in theo labs i got booted from game and when tried to log back on again it came up that there had been a ban put on my account I know i have done nothing wrong and its probably a silly mistake on their part but am still waiting on their response which could take forever if past correspondence is anything to go by. Hope to be rejoining very soon when they can be assed sorting it out. Untill then kill shitloads of asmos for me

That is omg, i m so sorry to hear that. Seems like NcSoft has a big security problem, to many accounts are hacked. And cause they answer you late the ppl who are hacking have no problem booting your character and making money, after that "smart" NcSoft gives u your account back but banns you for booting.
In the last 2 weeks 4 ppl i know got hacked, that is too much..
Irish hope they solve this fast now that the holydays passed and hope to see you soon online. Untill then we ll chat on vent

Seems that to get banned you only got to be reported. What I mean is it looks like Ncsoft DOES NOT have a tool to verify bot use, or they are in deep shit trying to recover all those hacked accounts that the don't have the time to actually check. So if you ignore a wisp or someone on perpose reports you, you get banned first and protest latter...This whole mess could be Ncsofts finest hour IF they reacted fast, putting resources to fight and protect their customers. Instead they got an EPIC FAIL.

this is the most stupid thing a company like NCSoft can fail at they really need to do something bout it
